Shipping

We offer InPost locker delivery (perfect if you’re out and about), Evri Standard delivery, and Evri Next Day delivery on selected items.

How long until my order is shipped?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. As many items are made to order, timescales may differ.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

All items can be returned, excluding the following:

  • Personalised items
  • Event or date specific items
  • Mystery Bags
  • Clearance items
  • Swimwear
  • Headwear

This does not affect your statutory rights.

For the safety and well being of our staff and customers, we are following strict protocol with regards to the return of products.

Therefore, please note, the following rules apply :-

  • Items must be returned with all original tags attached
  • Items returned must be in their original cello packaging
  • Items must be unworn, clean, and in a re-saleable condition

Any item returned in an unacceptable condition (e.g. makeup stains, human or pet hairs etc), will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned back to you via Royal Mail 48.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is required and approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.  Refunds are processed in 7-14 working days from the return being received back
How can I track my order?

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order history.

I want to change or cancel my order

Please note, to enable a swift and automated workflow from our warehouse to our courier partners and enable all orders to be dispatched within our given timescales, we are not able to edit or cancel your order once it has been placed.
